— Management/Economics background;
— Ability to multitask;
— Advanced problem-solver skills;
— A "get-it-done" entrepreneurial mindset;
— Project management experience;
— С1+ Business English (both written and spoken);
— Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies;
— Ability to Google. That's core, and for some reason, very few people know how to do this properly.

What you will do:
— Work closely with our management team to analyse and optimise the workflow;
— Interact with our Business Development and Marketing teams while working and brainstorming on common projects;
— Do competitor's research and work on implementation of their best practices in-house;
— Ensure and maintain a good level of communication across the team, track changes and organise (or lead) meetings
— Project by project, you will participate in (and pretty soon you get to lead your own projects and be responsible for):

Determining and defining project scope and objectives; Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources effectively and efficiently;. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan;. Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed;. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
